The main arm stands vertically on a linear slide rail and slides horizontally (crosswise) by two guide rollers, maintenance is not required and its proper operation and waste disposal are guaranteed. Cushions on the vertical axis minimize vibration and ensure a smooth deceleration, and hydraulic dampers mounted on the transverse shaft effectively protect the impacts.
For maximum flexibility, the arm can be easily adjusted to release parts running to the operator or to the rear side of the machine.
The angle of rotation can be adjusted freely between 60 to 90 degrees through a locating accessory, easy adjustment of the swingarm motor cylinder.
The manual clamping system of the oscillating arm robot allows to pivot clearly towards the mold area in seconds, without the use of tools incorporated in the ratchet mechanism, which controls the movement of the robot arm outside the mold area, which Allows easy mold change or maintenance.
