SW71 series ultra-speed robots have been developed to achieve the best parts extraction times and allow mold opening times in less than 1 second.Typically, these high speed robots are used for the extraction and stacking of thin walled boxes for fast food.

1. Ultra speed: In order to achieve these short times of extraction in a long-term constant way, the vertical axis is driven directly by the planetary gearbox, which is installed in the large dimension toothed belt. This ensures the direct transfer of forces as well as minimizes masses of movement.
2. To withstand high speed acceleration and deceleration up to 65m / s2, the vertical shaft is designed with a distortion resistant swing arm and is internally reinforced with grooves. In addition, the vertical axis is made of aluminum profile and designed according to finite element analysis to reduce weight and improve strength.
