SWITEK SW77 series 3-axis transverse robots are widely used in 800-4000T plastic injection machines. These servo transverse robots have output time of 3 seconds, cycle time of 16 seconds and maximum load of 75 kilograms. The telescopic arms allow you to load bumpers, vehicle doors, plastic pallets, TV frames, etc.

All linear movements of 3-axis robots are driven by heavy-duty servomotors and are combined with linear rail guides and steel belts for quick and precise operation with low noise level. The wrist mechanism uses a pneumatically operated rack and pinion system for precise, stable and light rotating movements.
